We are William and Kristyn Shaffer, owners of Shaffer Services.

As owners of the business, it comes with great responsibility and rewards. The responsibility is to treat the customer like we want to be treated. The reward is seeing a satisfied customer on his or her project.

The business stared in 1995 after I graduated from UCF with an Electrical Engineering degree. Upon graduating, Kristyn and I started Shaffer's Electrical Contracting, Inc. in June of 1995. In 2006, SDI General Contractors was formed. Shaffer Services was created in 2025 as the umbrella company for Shaffer's Electrical Contracting and SDI General Contractors.

We look forward to many years of service to our current clients and future clients. The Shaffer Services Team is second to none. With Shaffer Services having a sense of urgency and implementing quality work creates a positive experience for all parties involved. Shaffer Services looks forward to meet you.

Founded in 1995 as Shaffer’s Electrical Contracting, the company started as a small local business and has grown into a multi-state operation through dedication to quality and service excellence.

In 2006, SDI General Contractors was launched, and the business now operates as Shaffer Services, providing electrical, general contracting, and related services across 20 states. Licensed in both disciplines, Shaffer Services remains family-owned and continues to prioritize superior workmanship, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.

Diploma from the University of Central Florida awarded to William Noah Shaffer for earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, signed by university officials and featuring the university seal.
